Kent Martin, KG5KUD’s Antenna Permit Guide

Application For A Building Permit (in PDF and Word formats)

Kent Martin, KG5KUD, has written a document for obtaining a building permit that allows for amateur radio towers taller than the 35-foot limit the City Of Fort Worth imposes.

He has graciously allowed us to share that information with the general public.

A PDF version and a Word document (editable) can be downloaded by clicking on the appropriate links.  The files are fairly large, so you may not want to try to download or open these if you’re on a mobile device.

Feel free to contact Kent, if you have any questions. His contact info is on the title page of the document.

Lastly… Thank you, Kent, sharing this information!

After this post expires, this information can be found in the How Do I ??? menu item at the top of the website.
